
Sport while locked
Being a good boy means staying in chastity, but first and foremost, taking care of yourself. For me, that includes doing sports.
Below is what I consider when exercising in chastity
Safety First

If it hurts, stop. Use your emergency key if needed. Take your time. Talk to someone you trust when possible and when you feel comfortable about it.
Exercise

From my experience, you can do almost any sports while locked. I climb (indoors and outdoors), cycle, run, swim, and hike, without issues.
Lockers



Will people notice? Maybe. I change at the gym, sometimes with friends. As much as I love jockstraps, they are a no-go. I stick to white briefs, which I use when around family.
Surroundings

Your cage might be visible, just like in everyday life. For instance, when I climb, my harness creates a bulge, but I’ve never felt out of place. Leggings or swimsuit are more revealing, and I avoid them around friends.
Comfort

Exercise puts strain on your body. And your nub is no exception, it experiences strain as well. Make sure the cage is close to your body, and that you are comfortable in your underwear.
Safety (Again)

Even small movements make your nub move quite a bit. When in sportswear, this movement strains your nub. Pain isn’t always instant. Issues can develop slowly or even without pain. You should really look after yourself here, and consider that chastity may be an issue sometimes. Health comes first.
Conclusion

With a little preparation, I’ve been doing sports in chastity for years. This thread is built on personal experience, and for sure does not encompass everyone’s experience. I’d be glad to hear more about people’s approach in comments or DM.
